Stringline: Path Puzzle does not require an account, does not show third-party ads, and does not sell personal information.
Data on your device
The app stores puzzle progress, completed levels, current level, settings, language preference, theme preference, review prompt state, and purchase entitlement cache on your device so you can continue playing.
Purchases
Optional purchases are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. They may process purchase identifiers, product IDs, entitlement status, anonymous app/user identifiers, device/platform data, storefront, and purchase diagnostics.
Platform diagnostics and network use
Core gameplay is designed to work offline after download. Network access may be used for purchases, purchase restore, store services, support links, or optional app update/configuration infrastructure if enabled in a release.
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and device platforms may provide crash reports, diagnostics, install statistics, or purchase/download records under their own settings and privacy policies. We use this information only to operate and improve the app.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone audio, health data, or advertising identifiers for third-party advertising.
Support
If you email us, we receive what you send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, and purchase context.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect our rights. These may include Apple, Google, RevenueCat, hosting, diagnostics, and email/support providers.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete the app or clear app storage. Support emails are kept as long as needed to answer and maintain support history, usually no longer than 24 months. Purchase records may be kept as needed for access, fraud prevention, disputes, legal, and accounting reasons.
To request deletion of personal information we control, email hello@make.systems with “Data deletion” in the subject. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other providers may keep data under their own policies.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.
